1. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To receive a replacement, email us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Nature’s Melanin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

4. ALLERGIC REACTIONS
Our products are made with natural, vegan ingredients. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. Nature’s Melanin is not responsible for individual reactions.

5. CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@naturesmelanin.shop.

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins or a tracking number has been issued, cancellations are no longer possible.
